This is a tough one. Before I answer, let me just explain something I’ve wanted to say throughout the article.

I have a friend who used to swear by this protein supplement. Used to, until about a year ago…

After ordering from Amazon for ages, the product’s quality suddenly declined around the middle of 2018. Suddenly the once smooth shake was lumpy and tasted a lot different…

Now I’m not sure if it’s just the Amazon supply that’s defective or whether all the retailers (GNC and Walmart included) are suffering from the same problem, but in the meantime, I got my friend hooked on Perfect Ketos’

So really, personally, I can’t recommend that brand over Perfect Keto. My suggestion is, try the Perfect Keto. I can give you a 15% discount on it. And if you don’t like it, then trying Isopure isn’t a bad idea.


That being said, that product has a very good mineral and vitamin profile, but the added sucralose and xanthan gum make it a bit less keto-friendly than advertised.

This isn’t a huge issue if you aren’t strict keto or low-carb, or you have diabetes… But it definitely can be if you are.
