How Does Keto Kreme Work? How to Use It?
Remember my story above about Rob? Rob is a strict keto-er, and he sticks to healthy fats.
No cheat days, no carbs…
So why didn’t his butter and coconut oil coffee work as well as KK? Moreover, why did it boost his ketone levels when he was already on keto?
KK is jam-packed with MCTs. MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides, aka fatty acids that quickly transform into ketones in your body.
On the other hand, coconut oil is only 60% MCT tops, 50% of which are C12 Lauric Acid. C12 is the most difficult MCT to transform into ketones because it has the longest chain of carbons.
Ghee butter and other dairy-based products contain just 10-12% MCTs.

That said, I like that Pruvit uses clean, organic ingredients.
Although this supplement doesn’t target vegans and vegetarians, it’s gluten-free and sugar-free.
Keto Kreme includes:
- Coconut butter that’s high in healthy fat. Coconut butter improves your immune system, plus your heart and brain health.
- More MCTs than you can find in any food. MCTs, quickly converts fat into energy, so KK increases your ketone levels, accelerates your metabolism for fast weight loss, and gives you a substantial energy boost.
- Ceylon cinnamon. This ingredient is a strong antioxidant that fights against free radicals and toxins. The result is a healthier, stronger, and younger you. Cinnamon is also good at stabilizing your blood sugar levels, which is exactly what you want when you’re on keto.

Does Pruvit Put You Into Ketosis?
I wish Pruvit were as magical as people have made it out to be over the years. While it’s true that a person can lose up to 20 pounds within six weeks of using it, you still have to eat the food in the plan, which isn’t always easy when you’re starving and your schedule is crazy. Pruvit has put me into ketosis (just like I have to do all the time with other diet plans), but I don’t think this is the end-all-be-all of the plan. Let’s see, before my holiday trips to Ohio and New York, I found that I didn’t have a proper lunch and snacks throughout the day to combat hunger. Instead, I ate breakfast and a snack at the airport and only felt really full when I ate dinner and dessert.
I kept my portions small so I wouldn’t be hungry. I didn’t have the option to exercise either, which was part of the reason I was not losing weight. I still try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week, but that was in the mix of my busy days. It’s the promise of incredible results that has driven a lot of people to purchase Pruvit. Most often, the interest has come from their sponsored Instagram page or Instagram post. When Should You Drink Ketones?
People on a ketogenic diet may not be able to get enough omega 3s by eating fatty fish. They should take an omega 3 supplement. There is conflicting evidence about whether to take an omega 3 supplement. Some people believe that omega 3 supplements offer more benefits than other kinds of supplements, including calcium, vitamin D, zinc, and other vitamins. However, there is no evidence to support this. Furthermore, some experts believe that omega 3 supplements are not as effective as vitamin D and zinc when it comes to helping to reduce risks of heart disease. People can also consume some types of omega 3 supplements that contain very high amounts of omega 3 fatty acids.
Some people who follow a low-carb diet may not be able to get enough omega 3s from the diet alone. They should take omega 3 supplements or increase their intake of fatty fish. Tea. My experience with Pruvit Keto Kreme is that it works. It might not be as strong as adding Perfect Keto MCT oil into your coffee, but it gives you sustained energy for the rest of the day.
